Melissa Hailey is a full time Broker with The North Texas Top Team, REALTORS, a Certified Coach with Workman Success Systems, and CEO and real estate instructor for Agent Advantage Coaching & Training.  Melissa serves on the Board of Directors for the Collin County Area REALTORS where she was the President in 2018.  Born in Arlington, Melissa has lived in the DFW her entire life - making the move to Plano in 2002.  There is always something happening around the Hailey household, as Melissa and her husband Stanley have 4 adult children and 7 grandchildren.  They also have 2 fur-babies.  If that didn’t keep Melissa busy enough, she is also a volunteer at Emily's Place and serves on the School Board for New Hope Christian Academy.   Melissa is dedicated to helping others and has a genuine commitment to serving people, which has been a valuable trait in her career and her volunteer activities.

When she is not working on real estate, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling, and spending time in the sun by the water.
